StudioPress Genesis Themes
I build sites using the Genesis Framework, by StudioPress. They’re renowned for being well optimised for SEO, having very clean code and looking fantastic too.

Toolset – Types and Views
This is somewhat of a secret weapon of mine. Not so secret now, I guess.
If you’re not a coder, you can do things with Toolset that you’d never be able to achieve otherwise. It’s incredibly powerful, and flexible.

WPML
Living in Wales, I often need to make sure that the websites I create are available in both English and Welsh. Having tried numerous systems to achieve this, I can confidently say that WPML wins. It’s a super solution to making a WordPress site multi-lingual.
